Home delivery

Parcels straight to the address of your choosing

PostNord will mainly deliver parcels to your door on weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm. We also deliver in the evenings from 4.30 pm to 10 pm in the Helsinki metropolitan area (Espoo, Vantaa, Kauniainen, Kerava and Tuusula) and in Turku and Tampere.

PLEASE NOTE! If you have questions regarding order changes or the contents of your parcel, or if you have any complaints, please contact the business that sent the goods. There is no automatic return right for a parcel after it has been delivered to the recipient.

Are you not there when your package is delivered to your home? 

Another person in the same household or company can check the package for you. If there is no one present, the parcel can also be delivered without acknowledgment using a free-form power of attorney.

The power of attorney must contain the shipment's tracking number or tracking numbers, the recipient's information, permission given by the recipient to leave the shipment at x location without a signature, signature and clarification of the name, and the date. The power of attorney can be placed in a visible place so that the driver can see it.

You can also send the power of attorney information via a free-form email to the address asiakaspalvelu.fi@postnord.com. The e-mail must include the recipient's name and address, the shipment's tracking number, and mention that the power of attorney is one-time and applies to the said shipment. You should make sure by calling our customer service that the information reaches the driver before the delivery time.

Parcels to be delivered home will be taken to the pick-up point if the recipient is not reached

The recipient will receive information about the pick-up point in the PostNord mobile app, via text message or email, as will previous arrival notifications related to the parcel.

The parcel will be delivered to the default pick-up point in the recipient's postal code area, defined by good opening hours and general accessibility to the area, such as good transport links and parking facilities.
