Lähiboksi is a PostNord parcel machine that works via a mobile application and Bluetooth. You can pick up your parcel from Lähiboksi around the clock.
How do you open the Lähiboksi locker?
To open the locker, you need the PostNord application downloaded to your phone and a Bluetooth connection. Register in the application using the same contact method that you have indicated in the online store. Select the package you want to pick up in the app and you will get instructions to open the locker. You do not need a separate code. How do you order your parcel to a Lähiboksi?
When ordering from an online shop, select delivery to a pick-up point and select PostNord Lähiboksi from the delivery options. Please note that delivery to the Lähiboksi is not the default pick-up point, but should always be selected separately. When the parcel arrives, you will be notified by the mobile app and / or via SMS.
